How I Joined Renegades – Omero Rodriguez

I First heard of the Renegades in the winter or 2003. I was auditioning for my high schools winter percussion ensemble and i was hoping to make snare (as it was, I was probably going to be put on 3rd or 4th bass). Well my percussion instructor (Chris Rodriquez, who played tenors for Renegades) said he’d make a deal with me. San Francisco Renegades Announce New CEO and Organization Restructure

The Renegades Association Board of Directors are happy to announce Jeff Pearson as the organization’s new CEO. A former program manager and director of the Santa Clara Vanguard, Pearson brings three decades of experience as a drum corps performer and administrator to the Renegades. Pearson says, “I am excited to be participating with the Renegades again and I’m looking forward to helping to improve the foundation of the organization.” He will spearhead the efforts to point the corps in a new direction and will oversee the everyday operations of the competitive corps and all other programs.
