April 20, 2002. The Renegades Minicorps
got back together to rehearse and perform for the Citizen's for a Better
Community fundraising banquet. It felt great to play 'In the Stone', the
latest addition to our repertoire. The national champs also performed 'Seven',
'Mambo' and 'America the Beautiful'.
Lewie Wilhelm leads the Low Brass in to rehearsal. Besides being a ContraStud,
Lewie is the Field Conductor for the drum corps.
Lewie and Rich Skare are a solid 'bass' for the Minicorps' trademark "Wall
of Sound".
Rhythm Stars - Marvin Pandemonium, Mike Rogala, Al "Choppr" Chan,
Mike Foster and Steve McB lay down the groove for "In the Stone".

Lead Baritone, Webmaster and Mace Ace Greg Gilman gives a sneak peek at
the surprises in store for the Minicorps' 2002 Visual program.

Renegades MultiBass player Kohei the Magnificent is the first Renegade to
move up to march in the Santa Clara Vanguard, where he plays Bass #3. Way
