This is the first time in about 20 years of California drum corps where an Honor Guard has been an integral part of a drum corps show! This year, our Honor Guard takes center stage to present the colors during our rendition of "America the Beautiful" at the top of our show. Met with oohs and awes at our first couple of shows ... now meet the members holding our dearest possessions ...

  Al Cunningham
American Flag
Leader Of The Pack.

Has the bark of a Drill Instructor and the demeanor of a pussy cat. Can't remember a left face from a right turn.

    Ron Wong
Renegades Flag
Better known as "Mr. Perfect"

"Remember, it's four counts, then count eight and off." Likes to repeat things five and six times as senility from being a drum corps member for so many years is creeping up on him.   Katrina Biglieri
California Flag
Flag bearer from Reno...isn't that in Nevada?

Marches like she is wearing ski boots, likes to think that the field is the flat of a downhill ski run. Teaches skiing as well.

    Elaina Chan
Rifle
Souvie Queen, Bringer of Rehearsal Water.

Wants the "A" squad to learn more drill so she can spin and toss her rifle, preferably at Munson and Al, with a bayonet attached.

  Michelle McBurney
San Francisco Flag

The cathouse in her e-mail address refers to the number of cats she owns, not her way of life. Married to a tenor drummer, so really can't be all bad.

    Sheila Cunningham
Rifle
Would rather be quilting.

Sheila got tired of being a drum corps widow for the summer. Now visits all the fabric shops in the cities the corps plays in.
