June 15, 2003. The Renegades take the field for the first full corps performance of Red Skies at Night at Blue Devil Family Day in Concord, CA. Energy, volume, and soprano notes were as high as the heat of the astroturf!

The Renegades fielded the only Contra Basses on the field, as the Blue Devils A, B, and C-Corps all have Tubas!

The 2003 Honor Guard is again led by Al "GD" Cunningham.

Unfortunately, nobody can be told what the Matrix is, you have to see it for yourself... by looking into the Middle Horn Megaphones!

Doug Peterson and Rich Duarte:
"Masters of 8va".

A guy named "Joe"!

Al Yeh ... you can feel the power of the colorguard with their new uniforms and excellent performance.

The horn line moves with a crab step right out of the shoot. Next up: paradiddle lessons.

Multi-talented Kimela shows off her pit skills before taking the to the field with a baritone.

Drum Major Trinity...is your corps ready?
"Woah."

Thanks to our "cousin corps" the Blue Devils for a warm welcome to Family Day.

The Blue Devils A Corps ... early season excellence was very evident in their performance.

|

Blue Devils B Corps with a difficult, compound meter Pat Metheny production.

Blue Devils C Corps leaves the crowd "Spellbound."
