The Renegades barreled into Pennsylvania and took the drum corps world by
storm at DCA..
The corps put on two of the most amazing performances that I have ever had
the privilege of taking part in. The corps stunned people and gained lots of
new fans, many of whom were nice enough to stop me and other corps members
at various points of the weekend to talk to us. To our fans, we want to all
sincerely thank you for your warm welcome. We wouldn't be rock stars if
there were no fans. .
I was also lucky enough to take part in one of the wackiest things ever done
in the history of the planet.
shhhhh...Crunchy Frog.
And just to make sure it was a true Renegades experience, there was a
penalty thrown in at Finals for some controversial good measure.
When it's all said and done, the corps' placement really doesn't matter. We
all had a blast, and we served notice that the Renegades are for real.
And if you think we were good in 2003, 2004 is gonna blow your socks off.
What a season.
